Welcome to
Covering a total area of about 1500 m2, the site is the largest locality for watching on-spot protected dinosaur fossils in the world. Here, a large amount of the Middle Jurassic (160 million years ago) fossil of dinosaurs and other vertebrates are completely preserved in situ. They are piled up layer upon layer and overlapped each other, constituting the miniature of the Dashanpu “Dinosaur Quarry” which is called as the “World’s Wonder”.
